Switch se ha comido japón sin miramientos

Casi 1 millon de unidades que bestialidad

Se supone que las cifras de SW2 son sin contar las vendidas mediante la Store propia de Nintendo. Significaría que superaron el millón de unidades en su primer fin de semana y aún con todo no habrán satisfecho la demanda.

Vaya salvajada, vendiendo un 50% más en su lanzamiento que la anterior que más había vendido.

Switch 2 toma el liderato del año en solo una semana, destronando a Switch por casi 100k. PS5 ha tenido dos semanas de rebajas (State of Play). Se espera una fuerte bajada Con casi total seguridad Mario Kart World conseguirá el numero 1 de ventas físicas la semana que viene, superando a Monster Hunter Wilds, que lleva desaparecido del Top 30 dos semanas y la ultima vez llevaba 812k (como mucho llevaría 814k) Rune Factory es el único juego que ha salido en las dos plataformas de Nintendo a la vez, siendo la versión de SW1 la vencedora en ventas, algo normal con la diferencia de consolas establecidas. Veremos si hay cambio de tendencia con los años si se sigue manteniendo entregas en ambas. PD: Actualizaré este post con las ventas japonesas en vez de crear uno cada semana. Pokemon Legends ZA en su edición SW1 supera el millón de unidades vendidas, convirtiéndose en el segundo juego en superar el millón en físico este año. Además se posiciona en segunda posición de las ventas totales del año ( siendo el primero siendo MKW, que se vende mayoritariamente con el bundle de SW2).
La versión de SW2 de ZA se posiciona en cuarta posición, a menos de 150k de Monster Hunter Wilds. Puede que esta cifra sea alcanzable durante el periodo navideño.
La semana que viene llega Dragon Quest I+II. Sus ventas serán salvo gran sorpresa menores que el remake de la tercera parte, ya que no tienen tanto interés para el publico japones y el anuncio del remake de la séptima entrega le ha arrebatado cierto gas. De todas formas será interesante ver como encaja el mercado japones la versión Keycard del juego en SW2.

Las cifras del DQ son interesantes por varios motivos

La poca diferencia entre las ventas en PS5 y en SW2 cuando sobre el papel la primera tiene más de tres veces de consolas vendidas en el país. Pero, como ya he puesto más veces, no es la cantidad real de consolas en manos japonesas.
La versión de SW2 es GKC. No parece a priori que tengan problemas con ese formato en Japón. Futuros juegos podrían enseñar una imagen más clara.
DQ I&II ha vendido prácticamente la mitad de lo que hizo DQ III. Algo esperable ya que la tercera entrega es mas popular y que el anuncio del remake de la septima parte tuvo un efecto cortante en las reservas de la entrega actualmente vendida.

Japón es de Nintendo desde hace años, Sony poco tiene que hacer ahí con su estrategia actual, lejos quedan ya los tiempos de ps2, veremos si esa hipotética portátil de Sony lejos quedan devuelve una buena posición en Japón, porque la que tiene es bastante meh.
