Dudo que hilen tan fino. No he encontrado la enmienda, pero sí las recomendaciones de la comisión que ha promovido esta medida y no hacen esa diferenciación. Lo que recomiendan es incluir las prácticas de asfixia en lo que se considera pornografía extrema, es decir, ilegal.

No te confundas. Esta medida es recomendación de una comisión creada por Sunak el Breve, conservador, y liderada por otra conservadora, la Baronesa Bertin (sí, sí, Baronesa). Y en estas cosas laboristas y conservadores van de la mano.
Por cierto, a la Baronesa también le dan yuyu los vídeos de "Madrastra cachonda le alegra el día a su hijo" en base a unas piruetas mentales tremendas para vincularlos con los abusos a menores.
